Nature is calling. Step into stillness with mindfulness-based practices designed to restore, ground, and reconnect you to the natural world.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This half-day, nature-based retreat is designed to gently guide you out of the busyness of everyday life and into a slower, more spacious way of being. No prior meditation experience is needed, just a willingness to show up, slow down, and let nature do some of the work! Your time together will flow through a thoughtful series of mindfulness-based practices woven into the natural landscape, including:
Guided meditation in an outdoor setting to settle the mind and open the senses
Mindful walking through nature, learning to truly see, hear, and feel the world around you
Reflective exercises that invite deeper awareness of your inner landscape alongside the outer one
Periods of supported silence to let stillness sink in and do its quiet, powerful work
Group sharing and community connection to close the experience with warmth and intention
By the end of retreats like this one, participants report feeling noticeably calmer, more grounded, and genuinely reconnected, both to themselves and to the natural world around them. Participants in Mindful of Nature programs consistently describe the experience as restorative, grounding, and exactly what they needed!
ADULTS ONLY (Teens welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
